Renee

A Detective Thriller And a Story of Growth Rolled Into One

Taking place in the fictional Wharburton County, TX, our young heroine-hooked-on-heroin(not really) must enter a new area with its own culture, its own constitution, and its own currency.  Renee and her family must quickly become accommodated to a land with virtually no internet or cell phone service, a school with a huge cast of recurring characters to learn from and grow with, and someone who is arguably the stupidest individual in all of Wharburton County and the utterly ridiculous situations they wind up in.  Oh yeah, and there's a serial killer whose identity is unknown.  Anyway, enjoy my first full color (And quite possibly my last) series in the Major Mad Bomber Publications Lineup!

Renee: Month of August: Book 1

No, Renee is not drawn to scale on the front cover.  NOW QUIT ASKING ME THAT QUESTION!!!  Here we have the beginning of this coming of age/detective thriller hybrid with Renee coming together with new and old friends alike to begin the school year of their lives.  Now, one of the most universally agreed upon things that students of any race, color, creed, class, intellectual and/or athletic inclination is that going to school SUCKS!  It doesn't matter who you are or where you come from, the idea that public schools are some kind of crime against humanity is something that can bring all students together.  It's here at Liberty Academy where our cast meets each other to somehow get involved in various shenanigans and learn and grow from their experiences.  Also, there's Ric Matthews, the comedy relief/badass in which both his allies and enemies are equally doomed!  God help us all...
